Our Bellydance Fitness classes are a perfect dance workouts for all fitness and dance levels. The class provides a mix of forms and styles from week to week so you are also exposed to a form of dance that is gaining popularity across the world.
How it works
Bellydancing is an expressive dance which focuses on complex movement of the torso. It is also non-impact so safe for all fitness levels. The moves are fluid, percussive and full of shimmies.
You’ll burn calories and get fit while working on your bellydance technique. The moves are perfect for strengthening the spine and the legs. When using veils and canes we also improve arm, shoulder, and upper body muscles. It is a strong form of dance and you will feel stronger inside afterwards as well.
