How It Works
Zumba takes the “work” out of workout by creating a dance class atmosphere that mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba Fitness provides a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Increase your heart-health and heart rate as you are getting a full-body exercise with one of our certified instructors. Boost your confidence while relaxing your stress away and burn up to 1,000 calories while moving your body to the music.
